Stephen Williams didn't take a straight path to founding Precision Reconstruction, and that's exactly what makes him different.
He grew up in Texas surrounded by builders. His grandfather was a contractor, and Stephen spent his twenties doing high-end finished carpentry in Austin. He learned early that craftsmanship isn't about speed. It's about what holds up over time and what you're willing to stand behind.
When Stephen enlisted in the Army, he gained something no classroom or job site could teach. The discipline to show up every single day regardless of the circumstances. The accountability to own your work completely. The integrity to do the right thing even when no one is watching. Those values didn't leave when his service ended. They became the foundation of everything that followed.
After serving, Stephen built a career in the insurance industry as a licensed adjuster specializing in commercial and large-loss claims. He learned how carriers evaluate damage, what documentation actually moves a claim forward, and how the process works from the inside out.
Before going independent, Stephen ran reconstruction operations for a restoration company, overseeing projects from initial damage assessment through final rebuild. He understood every phase of the process and what it looked like when it was executed with real precision and care.
In 2024 he founded Precision Reconstruction with one commitment: deliver the same standard on every job regardless of size, communicate clearly throughout, and stand behind the work completely.
Stephen lives in Meridian with his four kids, and he holds every job to the same standard he'd want if it were his own family's home.

A water loss, a fire, a storm. These aren't just repairs. For most families and businesses, they're one of the most disruptive things that can happen. Work stops. Kids get displaced. Normal life disappears while you're waiting on an adjuster and trying to figure out who to trust.
Precision Reconstruction was built to take that weight off your shoulders. The team documents the damage the way your carrier needs to see it, explains exactly what's happening at every stage, and is straight with you about what the situation actually warrants, even when that answer doesn't benefit us.

Every job at Precision Reconstruction is held to the same standard regardless of size, scope, or complexity. A $3,000 dry-out gets the same level of attention and care as a $150,000 full rebuild. That's not something Stephen talks about. It's something you'll see in how the work gets done.
Communication is non-negotiable. You'll know what's happening, when it's happening, and what comes next. If something changes, you hear it from Stephen directly before it affects your timeline or your budget. No surprises. No silence. No chasing someone down for an update.
Quality is owned, not delegated. Every contractor Stephen brings onto a project has been personally vetted. They're not just capable. They share his standard and they work by it. Stephen stands behind their work the same way he stands behind his own because his name is on every project that leaves this company.
