Restoration Consulting.

Property managers, attorneys, and owners sometimes need someone who understands restoration scope and process, not another bid. Stephen consults on what damage actually requires, whether a scope of work makes sense, and what a repair should realistically involve.

If your client's situation needs a public adjuster or an attorney, he'll say so and point them to one. Available on a paid consulting basis.

When your home suffers water damage, the restoration process can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make that process as organized and straightforward as possible by managing your project from the initial mitigation through the final reconstruction.

  1. Initial Inspection and Assessment- Process begins with a thorough inspection of the affected areas. We identify the source of the loss and the extent of the damage.

  2. Mitigation- Our first priority is to prevent additional damage from water, fire or mold by beginning the mitigation process.

  3. Documentation- We properly document the condition of the property, work performed, affected materials, moisture readings, equipment usage, and other relevant information associated with the loss.

  4. Preparing for Reconstruction- Once the mitigation is complete, we evaluate what is necessary to return the damaged areas of the property to their pre-loss conditions.

  5. Reconstruction- Once the reconstruction begins, our focus changes from removing damaged materials to rebuilding the property.

  6. Final Walkthrough- At the completion of the reconstruction, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to review the completed work and address any project-related items.

One Company. One Coordinated Process. From Mitigation Through Reconstruction.

From damage to fully restored-we guide you through the entire PROCESS.
