Precision Reconstruction LLC ("Precision Reconstruction," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and in the course of doing business with you, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

If you have questions about anything here, contact us at stephen@precision-reconstruction.com or (208) 921-4669.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, request an inspection, call, or text us, we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the damage or project, and any photos or documents you send us.

Information related to your project. If we perform work for you, we collect and keep records connected to that work. This can include inspection findings, moisture readings and thermal imaging, job site photos, scope of work documents, estimates, invoices, payment records, and correspondence.

Insurance claim information. If your project involves an insurance claim, we may collect your carrier name, policy number, claim number, adjuster contact information, and claim documentation in order to work the claim on your behalf.

Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on a third-party platform that automatically logs basic technical data when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and time spent on the site. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the site running and understand general traffic patterns.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses cookies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others may be used for analytics or advertising measurement. We do not currently run Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, but we may add analytics or advertising tools in the future. If we do, those tools may set cookies that collect information about your visit and, in the case of advertising tools, may be used to show you ads for our services on other platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule inspections, and provide estimates

  • Perform and document restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling work

  • Communicate with you about your project, including scheduling and status updates

  • Prepare, submit, and support insurance claim documentation on your behalf

  • Process payments and maintain billing records

  • Meet licensing, insurance, warranty, tax, and other legal or regulatory obligations

  • Improve our website and our services

  • Send follow-up communications, service reminders, or occasional updates, where permitted

Text Messages

We use phone calls and text messages to communicate about projects, scheduling, and emergency response. By providing your phone number and requesting contact, you agree that we may call or text you at that number, including through automated means where applicable.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or opt back in by replying START. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you by phone or email about an active project.

We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or where we are required to:

Insurance carriers, adjusters, and claim representatives. When your project involves a claim, we share project documentation, photos, scope of work, and estimates with your carrier and the assigned adjuster.

Subcontractors and trade partners. Specialty trades working on your property receive only the information they need to complete their portion of the job.

Service providers. Companies that support our operations, including website hosting, form and email providers, estimating and project management software, payment processors, and accounting services. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

Legal and regulatory. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, our safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfer. If Precision Reconstruction is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites, including social media pages, review platforms, and partner websites. This policy does not cover those sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any site you visit.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as full Social Security numbers or complete financial account numbers by email or web form.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep project records, claim documentation, contracts, and financial records for as long as necessary to complete the work, honor warranty obligations, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. Inquiry information from people who never became customers is kept for a shorter period and then deleted.

Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate

  • Ask us to delete information, subject to records we are required to keep for legal, tax, warranty, or insurance reasons

  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or text messages by replying STOP

  • Adjust cookie preferences through your browser

To make a request, email stephen@precision-reconstruction.com or call (208) 921-4669. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor those rights where they apply.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how to respond to those signals, so our website does not currently respond to them.
